HiLo House is Delaware's first fitness studio to offer a unique combination of the Lagree Megaformer and Versaclimber, providing an exceptional customer experience with their innovative app. By downloading the HiLo House app, clients gain access to convenient features such as class schedules, reservation management, class package purchases, instructor and studio information, and more.

At HiLo House, clients can expect a comprehensive workout that targets the entire body using two highly effective and efficient human-powered machines. These machines offer high-intensity workouts with minimal impact.

The HiLo Cardio class focuses on interval training on the Versaclimber and lasts for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the HiLo Sculpt class is a 50-minute session dedicated to strengthening and sculpting on the Lagree Megaformer. Our trust in the Lagree Method stems from its ability to enhance flexibility, cardiovascular health, core strength, endurance, and balance with each movement.

In addition to these classes, HiLo House also offers combination classes that involve 25 minutes on the Versaclimber and 25 minutes of upper body, lower body, or core exercises on the Megaformer.

Our classes are intense workouts that will make you break a sweat, get your heart pounding, push you beyond your comfort zone, and target your entire body. They serve as a reminder to show up, stay humble, and work hard.
